Travel

By Coach

We will organise a coach to and from Copenhagen on 12 and 14 June respectively. Details regarding specific pick-up locations and timings will follow.

By Plane

Most international guests will arrive at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). From the airport, you can take a regional train or metro to Copenhagen Central Station to meet the organised coach.

By Car

For those driving or renting a car, parking is available on-site. Please note that the parking area is a couple of minutes’ walk away from the location.

Accommodation

Glamping Tents

We are organising a group order and have negotiated a discount on glamping tents located on-site. This is the recommended option for most guests. The tents are very comfortable with premium mattresses and bedding. You can find some references here.

  • Each tent fits 2 people.
  • The price is approximately 2816–3550 DKK for the whole weekend.
  • The final price depends on total demand; as more people opt for a tent, the individual cost decreases.
  • Please indicate if you would like a tent via the RSVP form.
